Anyone who is following the review contest may be wondering who won in the month of September. The long story made short is: no one did; there was a distinct lack of entries and, according to the official rules, there is a minimum of 20 entries needed to declare a winner.
The entrants entries will not be discarded. Instead, they will be thrown into the October drawing and the contest will be extended into November.
